Martin Codax was a 13th century Galician troubador whose music celebrated love and wine. On this Atlantic wine, you can taste the salt from the air in your glass. Peachy. Citrusy. Fresh. Grape variety: 100% Albariño D.O. Rias Baixas Vintage: 2023 Colour: Vibrant straw-yellow Nose: Notes of ripe lemon coupled with green apple and grapefruit characters. Palate: Persistent, round and full-bodied. this is a well-balanced wine with an impressive and zippy freshness. Vineyards: The grapes are grown in terrifyingly steep amphitheatres overlooking the wild Atlantic coast. The vines are exposed to a cold and damp weather, but with full sun. Wine Making: Stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature. 75cl 12.5% abv Enjoy at 12° C  Perfect as a pairing with seafood, shellfish, poultry, pasta, soft cheeses, Asian dishes or simply served as an aperitif .
