The resulting flavour profile of the cocoa bean can vary depending on the conditions it’s grown in, from the soil type to the amount of rain and water it receives. Our 70% Dark Chocolate Batons have a deep and indulgent cocoa flavour profile, without being too rich. Although these batons don’t contain any milk, they’re still ridiculously smooth and boast an astonishing melt. That’s because we use a high percentage of cocoa butter in our creations – other chocolatiers use vegetable oil, but why waste any of the goods that the humble cocoa bean provides?
