Our shop is closed on Sundays and major holidays, with the exception of funeral or event deliveries. A FREE personalized message card is included with this item. The card message can be written in English, Korean, French, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese and your mother tongue. Refer to our payment guide DELIVERY GUIDE OF VASE ARRANGEMENT This item can be delivered only to Seoul city. Boxed flowers may be substituted to the other cities in South Korea. There is no additional service charges. The price is comprised of shipping cost, taxes, message card and delivery confirmation fees. This item can be delivered only to Seoul area by hands within 6 hours. For the other area in South Korea the item can be delivered by courier, Korean Post, in 2 ~ 3 business days from Tuesday to Saturday (not do Monday, Sunday and holiday). Refer to our delivery guide for details. Adding or modifying option of items such as cake, plush toy, chocolate needs 3 hours more delivery time to Seoul area and 1 business day to the other cities by couriers or by hands. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific time slot of day, but we do not guarantee it. Normal delivery hours for us are between 9AM and 7PM from Monday to Friday and 9AM to 5PM on Saturday.
