Mojito chocolates made the classic way: strong on the rum, crushed mint, lime. Strong on the rum, crushed mint, a squeeze of lime; our mojito chocolates are made the classic way. This zesty beverage is one of the most popular cocktails in the UK, which is why we felt it was only right to recreate it into chocolate form.    The mojito was originally labelled ‘Draquecito’, or ‘Little Dragon’, possibly due to the fiery flavours of rum used in the cocktail. Don’t worry, our Mojito Chocolate Selector won’t burn your mouth – we opted to balance our alcohol content with other flavours to achieve the perfect, warming boozy taste.    We’ve encased our citrusy, boozy and minty filling with 36% white chocolate to add a subtle sweetness, elevating the flavours of our chocolate further. We use a much higher cocoa butter percentage than most to ensure our white chocolate is the smoothest of its kind, with an incredible melt.   We’re constantly striving to invent new chocolate flavour combinations with the best ingredients, which is why the rum used in our Mojito Chocolate Selector is made by St Lucian distillers, just down the road from our Rabot Estate cocoa plantation, where we directly grow some of our cocoa beans.    These mojito chocolate bombes are perfect if you fancy a little tipple after dinner, but can’t quite find the motivation to make the cocktail yourself.
