Our Velvetised Creams bring together real melted chocolate and warming vodka, folded into cream for a smooth and satisfying tastetexture experience like no other. Made by melting our signature 70% dark chocolate into premium vodka and cream, this original recipe – our Chocolate Velvetised Cream – is a sophisticated tipple worthy of any drinks cabinet. Though if it’ll stay there for long is another matter entirely… Smooth, silky, and effortlessly sippable, this reinterpretation of a classic chocolate liqueur is best served directly over ice in a long-stemmed glass. Our Velvetised Creams come in tastefully designed bottles featuring tactile wave patterns inspired by the process of creating the drink itself. Each bottle is also crafted with 50% recycled glass. We’re one of the few chocolatiers to grow some of our own cacao at our Saint Lucian farm and bar – Rabot Estate. Surrounded by cacao, we began searching for a way to honour it in a drink. After much experimentation, we found that vodka has the unique ability to lift and complement cacao’s nuanced notes, rather than mask them.
